How to open a Bottle of Wine with Your Shoe

Got a bottle of wine on hand but no corkscrew to get it open? You can argue all you want about whether or not the guy in this video really needs more wine, but you can’t argue with the results.

HAPPINESS

happiness Happiness, defining the concept of happiness is difficult. Surely one of the most controversial and complicated definitions. Human beings have always tended to pursue happiness as a goal or an end, as an ideal welfare state and continuing to arrive, however, it seems that happiness is composed of small moments in vivid detail the day-to-day, and perhaps its main feature is the futility, its ability to appear and disappear in a constant throughout our lives.

Another of the controversies surrounding this issue is where to look for happiness, if external events and materials or in our interior, in our own internal arrangements. Even today it is difficult to answer this concerned. For this reason, and from a psychological point of view, the study of subjective well-being seems preferable to the approach of happiness.

Happiness, a concept with profound meanings, including joy, but also many other emotions, some of which are not necessarily positive (commitment, struggle, challenge, even pain).

It’s the motivation, the activity to led to something, the desire to do so, the search, and not the achievement or the satisfaction of desires, which produces deeper positive feelings in people…

Pursuing Happiness

Today surfing the web I found this Website with notable quotes by years, since 1999 to 2007. This one is very true.

“You don’t become happy by pursuing happiness. You become happy by
living a life that means something. The happiest people you know are
probably not the richest or most famous, probably not the ones who
work hardest at being happy by reading the articles and buying the
books and latching on to the latest fads. I suspect that the
happiest people you know are the ones who work at being kind, helpful,
and reliable, and happiness sneaks into their lives while they are
busy doing those things. You don’t become happy by pursuing happiness.
It is always a by-product, never a primary goal.”

What The $#@%! Do We Know?

Quantum means the smallest unit of anything, though the implications are far stranger. Quantum effects also hold molecules together, accounting for all of chemistry and biochemistry. This film is talking about quantum physics and consciousness but also about life, reality … It is a narrative feature-film, It is an animated exploration of the science of our inner beings with giggling, evil, sexy, jiggling amoeba-like cells that, unbeknownst to us, run our lives.

“What I am going to tell you about is what we teach our physics students in the third or fourth year of graduate school…. It is my task to convince you not to turn away because you don’t understand it. You see my physics students don’t understand it…. That is because I don’t understand it. Nobody does.”

~

“Because there really is no such thing as good or bad. We’re judging things far too superficially that way.”

Those words will be in my head for ever, very inspirational, and interesting movie reminds me reading from Stephen Hawking and renew my interests in a lot of things, definitively a most-have DVD in my collection.
