I work with a Computer all day long, and it's all about reading, reading and reading the Computer screen. I work with my eyes, thanks God I'm not blind. Do you realize how important it's for you? Well sitting with a new friend and talking about short sight and myopic problem the told me about this method called orthokeratology that helped him to improve his sight and also his life; his quote about this "He changed my life by allowing me to improve my sight and continue to enjoy books and other activities which strain my eyes".
